The Story
With more than 30 years of experience throughout all disciplines of construction estimating/tendering, Est-Con Management is committed to fulfilling our clients’ key requirements.
Est-Con Management Pty Ltd was established in November 1995 by its Director, Greg Phillips, who has over 30 years’ experience in the field of construction and estimating and held the position of Estimating Manager with several large commercial construction companies prior to setting up this company.
Est-Con has prepared and delivered quantities and estimates for a wide variety of projects: multi-residential, prestige residential, industrial, aged care, hospitality, retail, commercial, institutional, healthcare, and education projects, ranging in value up to approximately $500 million across New South Wales and Queensland.
We are in constant contact with subcontractors, construction consultants, and other professionals.
