​Est-Con Management Pty Ltd was established in November 1995 by its Director Greg Phillips whom has over 30 years experience in the field of Construction and Estimating and has held the position of Estimating Manager with several large commercial construction companies previous to setting up this company. ​​
Est-Con has prepared and delivered quantities and estimates for a wide variety of projects: Multi-residential, Prestige residential, Industrial, Aged Care, Hospitality, Retail, Commercial, Institutional, Healthcare, and Education projects ranging in value up to approximately $500 Million dollars across New South Wales and Queensland.
We are constantly in touch with subcontractors and Construction Consultants and Professionals on a daily basis.​
